Here are some new earrings I made a while back. They are very lightweight and fun! I was inspired by some earrings I saw in a store, and decided to make some myself!
Here's a fun little project I did last month. I've not had a lot of time for jewelry making lately (moving), but this took a half hour or so, and it's really pretty! The color doesn't really show correctly, but it's kinda red with pink and orange flashes.
This is a threader earring that I recently made. I used sterling silver threader earrings with a loop to connect the teardrop on the end. They're unbelieveably comfortable and stay in place perfectly.
Here is a bracelet and necklace set I made for a family member. She's a teacher with young children and wanted a bright colored set to wear around them. These are great glass beads that come in assorted colors.
This is a fun cuff bracelet I made with gorgeous purple and turquoise beads. I used 3 lengths of memory wire, with spacer bars to connect them together.
Here is a bracelet and necklace set I made with leopardskin jasper, red carnelian and pewter spacer beads. The bracelet is made on memory wire. Necklace made with a lobsterclaw clasp.
Here are some of my loose and pendant set gemstones. I have lots of different gems, most of them are not set in anything, just in my collection. If you're looking for a specific gem, email me and I'll let you know if I have one for sale.
Here is a tanzanite ring I made for myself. It is a 6mm trillion blue/green tanzanite in a sterling silver ring casting. Had some trouble getting a good picture of it, so this is the best one I have at this time.
This multi-strand necklace was made with iolite, tanzanite and sterling silver beads, with a really pretty sterling silver heart toggle clasp. I am a big tanzanite fan, so when I found these chip beads I just had to get them!! The iolite and tanzanite look fantastic together.
This pair of earrings was created to replace a lost pair of earrings for a family member. They are madeira citrine oval gems in a bezel set earring. Gorgeous gems, and really easy setting.
Wanted to post more of my previous projects, so here is one that I made as a Christmas present for a family member. Its a peridot chip necklace, with sterling silver beads and clasp. It actually inspired my garnet chip necklace that can be seen here as well.
Here's my second chain maille bracelet. I think it would look much better with thicker rings. Of course, sterling silver would also be better!!! Just using the cheap rings while I learn how to do this.
Wow!! I just finished my first chain maille project!!! I used the most basic jump rings from the store, and a pattern I found online. I have to say it was really fun, but difficult too!!! I hope I can learn more styles of this, cause it was really fun!!!
